Prize

After I had been studied hard for 10 weeks,I had my big E-Test yesterday.I don't know I will pass or not.Hopefully,I can bring great news to everybody out there who care about me and the outcome of this test.Nowadays,I have little confident of everything of myself.Does Chinese people always have little confident of themselves?I was so exhausted and went home to sleep until this post.Part of reason is test. The other reason is I think I have been sick about 2 weeks.I even get few complain about sniffling during test from a guy sitting next to me.Before I went home yesterday,I decided to give myself a prize and spent 10 Australia dollars on this luxury meal.I haven't been done this more than one month.I will know my score of E-Test on Friday.I may think about getting big pizza or a whole chicken for celebration if I pass the test.If I don't pass, well,I don't know.My confident probably will reach the lowest point.Anyway,I still have speaking section going tomorrow.Good Luck to myself.

I got your email and I replied but I don't know if you got my reply (I'm guessing you didn't).

Tony's movie went really well. It's almost complete (just finishing off post production) and then they'll be trying to get a distribution deal. It's a great movie - I'm sure they'll be able to sell it.

I have a post production business out in America now. It's all set up but I still have to send off my visa application. I'm waiting for my lawyer to finalize some docs before I can do that, but it should be soon.

So you're in Sydney now? What are you studying there and what made you decide to go there?

Jon,I didn't get your email, but I am so glad to hear anything about you.It sounds everything great for you and Tony. Are you guys working together? How about your post production company? How is your plan?Is Tony your partner?Did you help Tony out for his movie? Please let me watch it when Tony's film finish if it is possible. Please let me know if you need any help.I am in Sydney now.I am studying commerce at University of Sydney.I want to get business knowledge in order to help me in the future because I still want to open a production company as producer. As a result,I will focus on marketing, accounting, international business this three areas.

Tony isn't a partner in the business but we work together on pretty much everything. I don't have any partners but Robby (I don't know if you remember him; he edited Garrett's movie) is my employee, although I consider him to be pretty much a partner. All three of us edited Tony's movie together. It's picture-locked, we've got a locked sound mix - all we need to do now is output the final movie to 35mm film and then everything will be done. Then the long process of trying to obtain distribution will start.

Taking a business course course sounds like a good idea. I'm kind of making it up as I go along, which isn't always good, although I haven't had any major problems yet luckily.

When I get my visa, I actually want to set up another company in addition to my current one, that will offer equipment rentals. I have to earn a minimum amount in order to qualify for a visa renewal, so I figured this was a good way to ensure financial stability. Two businesses are less likely to fail than one. My strategy is to market the hell out of it without spending a great deal of money. So far it's working quite well, which should be good for my visa.
